Stainless steel wire rope mesh is an assembly of seamless rope ferrules with stainless steel wire rope, which can be stretched at either a 60-degree angle or a 90-degree angle. It is made from either a 316 grade material or a 304 grade material.
To form this mesh, you need a few parts: the wire rope size, opening size, diamond direction, border design, and the piece size. The wire rope size is typically measured in millimeters, and can range from 1 mm (7x7) to 3 mm (7x19). The opening width (C/C) can be from 15mm to 400mm, while the opening height (C/C) is also required. The border design can be tailored to the individual’s needs to allow for mounting.
This product is designed and tested to function at as much as five times the product Safe Working Load (SWL). It has been proven to be capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, both high up to 500°C and low down to -40°C. Furthermore, the majority of fixture mounting brackets are able to be retained even if the SWL is exceeded.
